§ 05Traders & Economy

Traders

The ten traders: where each one is, what they take, what they sell, and what they pay when you sell to them.

  1. What each one is for
  2. What they pay when you sell
  3. Their task lines

Every trader has a shelf nobody else carries and a task line of their own. Seven live in the safezone; three are out on the map on purpose, and the two who pay best when you sell are the two you have to travel to.

What each one is for#

  • Prapor — the Kalashnikov side: AK, SVD, RPK, VSS and the 5.45, 7.62×39 and 7.62×54R ammunition. He won't sell you 5.56. His line ends with the Epsilon container.
  • Peacekeeper — the NATO side: M4, SCAR, HK and the 5.56 and 7.62×51. He won't sell you 5.45. He takes roubles like everyone else; dollars and euros are things you sell, not spend. The Beta container is at the end of his line.
  • Skier — every SMG and pistol, both patterns, and the currency exchange.
  • Mechanic — garage and gunsmith: vehicles, helicopters, every attachment for both sides, and ammunition. His board is at his outpost in the north-east, not in the hub.
  • Jaeger — hunting rifles, shotguns, melee, food, drink, supplies, tools, and the base-building shelf: blueprint, code lock, cinder blocks, the territory generator kit (250,000 ₽) and its fuel (1,000 ₽ a can).
  • Therapist — medicine, stims, maps, and the Lab access keycard (125,000 ₽).
  • Ragman — clothing, rigs, helmets, packs, hazmat.
  • Ref — the arena dealer. Around forty items, from the AKM up to the SCAR-H, MCX Spear, 6B43 and Altyn, plus the Lab card and hideout fuel — for GP coins only, at a premium. He sells and doesn't buy. His board also carries every daily and weekly. Dailies and weeklies.
  • Fence — the black-market trader out on the map at Black Lake, with the widest shelf on the server. Everything, at a price.
  • Lightkeeper — everything Fence has plus his own exclusives and the high-tier weaponry, at the lighthouse on the east coast. His line is the end of Mechanic's.

What they pay when you sell#

Where you sell matters. Each trader buys at his own percentage of an item's value, and the two out on the map pay best — the risk of the trip is priced in.

Those percentages are for a pristine item. Worn sells for three quarters of that, damaged for half, badly damaged for a quarter. Buying is at list price everywhere except Ref, who charges 150% of it — in GP coins. Market and currency.

Their task lines#

Each trader's chain, what it pays and what it unlocks is on the Task Board.
